Broncos Close Out Indoor Regular Season with Record-Breaking Performances

MANKATO, Mn. - The Cal Poly Pomona Broncos had an impressive showing at the Premier Meet #2, finishing 4th out of 10 teams. Vivian Martinez made history by setting a new school record in the 1-mile race, while Neshara Smith also etched her name into the record books with a new long jump record. In addition to these standout performances, six athletes cracked the top 10 in program history across various events, and another five athletes set personal best marks. With the regular season now complete, the Broncos are eagerly awaiting the NCAA Selection Release on March 4th at 3:00 PM PST, which will determine which athletes will advance to the NCAA Division II Indoor National Championship.
