Broncos Conclude Regular Season at Pomona-Pitzer Invitational

CLAREMONT, Calif. - The Cal Poly Pomona Broncos had a strong showing at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational, finishing 4th overall among a competitive field of 80 runners in the 6k race. This meet marked the last of the regular season before the upcoming CCAA Conference Championships.
Individually, Arissa Hatcher led the team with an impressive 8th place finish, clocking in at 22:27. Lauren Jauregui followed closely behind, securing 15th place with a personal best time of 22:49. Shelby Ortega-Hufana finished 35th with a time of 24:00, while Brianna King, competing in her first collegiate 6k, finished 45th in 24:38. Victoria Escanuelas crossed the line in 48th place with a time of 24:41.
