GREENWOOD, Ind. – Four members of the Cal Poly Pomona volleyball team received College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors on Tuesday.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Outstanding student-athletes are nominated for Academic All-District recognition by their athletic communications directors and must have a minimum 3.50 grade point average and compete in 90 percent of the institution's matches played or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's matches.
Volleyball
Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced January 14, 2025. Both Campion and Mueller are considered finalists for Academic All-America.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs.

- No. 10 Volleyball Hangs on for Thrilling Victory Over Simon Fraser, Advances to Regional SemifinalsThe Broncos won their NCAA Regional Quarterfinal match against Simon Fraser on Thursday afternoon, defeating the Red Leafs three sets to two with a tight finish in the fifth set. It was the Broncos' second-ever home win in the NCAA Tournament, their only other home victory coming against UC Riverside back in 1984.
