All students are welcome to participate, regardless of experience. Workouts are designed to last 45 to 50 minutes. Workouts consist of combined land and aquatic exercises to create a fun, dynamic community. Our Aqua Circuit class includes laps using various swim strokes with exercise equipment. Online registration has a minimum age requirement of 18. If under 18, please email bricmemberships@cpp.edu for assistance. This program is available to the BRIC members only.
