Event Name: Aqua Circuit Event Locator: 2024-AAZMGL Organization: ASI Campus Recreation List Other Equipment that you will be using.: n/a If you’re looking for a fun, interactive workout, then Aqua Circuit group fitness classes hosted at the BRIC pool are perfect for you! All students are welcome to participate, regardless of experience. Workouts are designed to last 45 to 50 minutes. Workouts consist of combined land and aquatic exercises to create a fun, dynamic community. Our Aqua Circuit class includes laps using various swim strokes with exercise equipment. Online registration has a minimum age requirement of 18. If under 18, please email bricmemberships@cpp.edu for assistance. This program is available to the BRIC members only.
