Event Name: Aqua Aerobics Event Locator: 2024-AAZMFT Organization: ASI Campus Recreation Our Aqua Aerobics class is a combination of cardio and resistance training workouts. The class may incorporate resistance equipment, such as water weights and buoyant belts. Swimmers of all levels are welcome to join in this non-competitive atmosphere!
