Event Name: Wrestling (Beginner) - Matt Event Locator: 2024-AAZXWK Organization: ASI Campus Recreation This class focuses on the foundations of wrestling, emphasizing takedowns and their transferability to Jiu-Jitsu. Participants will engage in strength and conditioning exercises to enhance wrestling performance and overall physical fitness. An active BRIC membership is required to register.
