Fit N Float: Stretch N Strength
Event Name: Fit N Float: Stretch and Strength Event Locator: 2024-AAZMGS Organization: ASI Campus Recreation List Other Equipment that you will be using.: Pool Deck- Fit N Float Boards FitFloat: Strength & Stretch is an aquatic floating fitness course. This group fitness class will incorporate stretches and core stabilization exercises on a floating fitness mat. Online registration has a minimum age requirement of 18.
