WALNUT, Calif. - The Cal Poly Pomona Broncos emerged victorious in the Kamaka Multis, securing first place overall out of 4 teams.
In the decathlon, Sam Willis dominated the event, finishing in first place with an impressive 6432 points and earning the NCAA Provisional Cut. Following closely behind, Gavin Hanes took second place with 6108 points.
With this performance, Sam Willis currently ranks 3rd in the West Region, while Gavin Hanes holds the 4th spot. The Broncos showcased their strength and skill across the competition, setting the stage for a strong season ahead.
