Three Broncos Receive All-CCAA Honors

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. – The Cal Poly Pomona Broncos have had standout performances this season, with Demarreya Lewis-Cooper and Jaden Winfield earning spots on the All-CCAA Second Team, while Shyheim Parm received an All-CCAA Honorable Mention. These three players have been key to the team's success, each showcasing their skills and earning individual honors for the first time in their careers.
As a junior, Demarreya Lewis-Cooper has quickly made a name for himself with the Broncos. Leading the team with 321 points so far this season, he has averaged 11.5 points per game, becoming an integral part of the team's offensive efforts. One of his standout performances came against Stanislaus State, where he scored a collegiate career-high 26 points.
In his senior year, Jaden Winfield has proven to be a reliable asset for the Broncos, especially with his proficiency at the free-throw line, where he holds one of the highest percentages on the team at 87%. Winfield's versatility was on full display when he recorded a collegiate career-high 22 points and 12 rebounds in a game against Sonoma State.
Shyheim Parm, in his second season, has been a consistent performer, totaling 263 points and 96 rebounds for the season. His standout performance came in the Broncos' first home game of the year against Biola, where he scored a collegiate career-high 24 points.
The Broncos will continue their postseason journey at the CCAA Tournament, where they will face Cal Poly Humboldt on Thursday, March 6th, at 2:30 PM at Cal State San Marcos.
