Volleyball Sees Four CSC Academic All-District Recipients

GREENWOOD, Ind. – Four members of the Cal Poly Pomona volleyball team received College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors on Tuesday.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Outstanding student-athletes are nominated for Academic All-District recognition by their athletic communications directors and must have a minimum 3.50 grade point average and compete in 90 percent of the institution's matches played or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's matches.
Volleyball
Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced January 14, 2025. Both Campion and Mueller are considered finalists for Academic All-America.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs.

It was the Broncos' second-ever home win in the NCAA Tournament, their only other home victory coming against UC Riverside back in 1984.
