Broncos to Finish San Marcos Series on Tuesday

POMONA, Calif. – Cal Poly Pomona baseball will conclude its series against Cal State San Marcos tomorrow, April 16th, at 6:00 PM. Their previously scheduled non-conference game against Point Loma has been canceled, and will not be made up.
The series finale against the Cougars was suspended yesterday at the end of the fifth inning with the score tied at 6-6. The game will pick up tomorrow at the start of the sixth, and the teams will play the remaining four innings.
Attendance for tomorrow's game will be free.

Smith and Justin Cardoza also had podium finishes in the long jump, leading to a complete sweep of the event for the Green & Gold.

With the two losses in the series, the Broncos are no longer able to pass Cal State San Marcos in the standings, taking them out of contention for the CCAA regular season title.
