Broncos Fall Short in Road Loss to Toros

CARSON, Calif. - The Broncos struggled to find their rhythm in a tough matchup against the Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros, falling 49-72 in a game that saw them trailing early and never fully able to recover. The game began with the Broncos staying within striking distance of the Toros for the first few minutes. However, at the 11-minute mark in the first half, the Toros began to pull away, extending their lead to 11 points. As the half progressed, Dominguez Hills continued to press, further widening the gap. The Broncos found themselves in a hole, trailing 19-34 at halftime.
