F.O.B is a 1980 Obie Award-winning play by American playwright David Henry Hwang. It is told in a style that moves quickly between myth and reality, with the characters occasionally speaking directly to the audience. It depicts the contrasts and conflicts between established Asian Americans and "fresh off the boat" newcoming immigrants.
